Over the past four years, I've worked across operations, project coordination, and internal systems in fast-moving environments where clarity and follow-through weren't optional. I've supported leadership through transitions, helped teams get organized under pressure, and built the kind of infrastructure that makes day-to-day execution less chaotic.

I work best as an extension of leadership, not above it. That means stepping in where there are gaps, staying close to what's actually happening, and making sure nothing important falls through.

I'm process-minded without being rigid, and organized without making it everyone else's problem. Most of my engagements start with a specific need and grow from there.

My working style is embedded and practical. I show up, learn how the organization actually operates, and build from there. I don't come in with a playbook. The work shapes itself around what's needed, and I try to stay ahead of what's coming next.

I care about clarity over activity. Clean handoffs, useful documentation, and teams that know what to do when I'm not in the room. The goal is always to make the organization more capable, not more dependent.
